    Mini Turkey Meatballs
Recipe modified from an original found at AllRecipes.com

    Ingredients
    1 pound ground turkey
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 teaspoon sea salt
    1 small onion, minced
    1 clove garlic, minced
    3/4 teaspoon dried oregano
    1/2 teaspoon dried sage
    1/2 teaspoon dried basil
    1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
    1 1/2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
    1 tablespoon ketchup
    1/3 cup skim milk
    1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs

    Directions
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F.
Place the turkey and egg into a mixing bowl, and season with salt, onion, garlic, herbs, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce; mix well. Add the milk, Parmesan cheese, and bread crumbs. Mix until evenly blended, then form into meatballs (the smaller the better for kids!), and place onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake in the preheated oven until no longer pink in the center, about 25 minutes.
