Scrambled eggs with smoked salmon, really

I DIDN’T MAKE IT FOR PHOEBE. This was a parallel lunch last week; I made her some nice fluffy eggs with cheese and planned to top mine with smoked salmon, a decadent treat I got hooked on during my NYC days. I also cut up some cherry tomatoes for her, as usual, just to add something fresh. She took one look at my salmon and insisted on a bite. Then more, then more. Eventually it was Phoebe who enjoyed the salmon while I ate eggs. Next time I’ll buy more salmon. Though if I do, I’m fairly certain the fish phase will somehow draw to an immediate close. Oh well, more for me.
